All trucks over 6 tons gross weight, including demonstration vehicles and day registrations, are affected. Even already sold vehicles are eligible.

The truck cartel caused damage of approximately 10% of the original purchase price. After deducting all costs, roughly €6,000 to €10,000 remain per vehicle, depending on the model.

Any one of the following proofs is sufficient: invoice, order confirmation, leasing contract, financing proof, or an excerpt from the asset register.

The duration depends on the individual case and the number of claims submitted. Typically, a resolution can be achieved within a few months.
